  • I received damaged; what should I do?

All items are throughly inspected prior to shipping. Should you receive any item that is damaged, please send pictures to support@divineroyaltiess.com. 

  • My tracking number is not updated; what does this mean?

Once our company sends your tracking number, please allow 72 business hours for your tracking number to update. Sometimes, the UPS system does not catch up to real-time.

  • I wore my shoes only one time, can I return them?

No, you cannot return worn shoes.

  • I ordered the wrong size. Can I make a return?

No, it is crucial that you know your accurate size and read the description before purchasing, due to all sales being final.

  • My shoes came apart after several wears while I was on vacation! I want a refund.

All sales are final. We can guarantee that our products are of quality and will not come apart during daily activities.

When your package leaves our establishment, the delivery date you see on UPS' website is an estimated date; therefore, there is no guarantee that they will deliver on the date you see.
